GMail Drive us a free extension that creating a virtual filesystem for your GMail account, it is allowing you to use GMail as a storage medium. GMail Drive creating a filesystem on the top of your Google Gmail acount, enabling you to save and retrieving files that already stored on your GMail account directly from windows explorer. Gmail Drive creating a new drive to your computer folder, which you are able to creating a new folder in it, and also copying, move and delete files. Since GMail offering 1000 MB storage space for its user, you had a plenty a storage space! With GMail Drive you are able to copy files easily to or from your GMail account. Everytime you are creating a new file using GMail Drive, it is generating an email and post it to your account. The e-mail appears in your normal inbox folder, and the file is attached as an email attachment. GMail Drives periodically checks your mail account checking if there a re new files arrived and then rebuilding the directory structures. You can also creating a filter in GMail so your files wont cluttering in your inbox folder. For further notice, GMail Drive is an experimental tools, there are still numbers of limitation to the system and it doesnt make full use of the secure internet protocols available.
